1. Automotive Sales Representative

Direct Auto is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team in Orlando, Florida.

We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with customers, comfortable following up with leads, and motivated to sell vehicles in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing vehicles
• Respond to internet, phone, and walk-in leads
• Follow up with potential customers by phone, text, and email
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication with customers
• Present vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Work with management and the finance department to complete deals
• Keep customer information and follow-ups updated in the CRM
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers
• Help create a smooth buying experience from initial contact through delivery

Qualifications:

• Automotive sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with phone and internet leads
• Self-motivated and sales-driven
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
